- Collaborate with General Manager to develop and implement strategic plans for the company's growth and success.
- Manage and supervise various departments within the company, including finance, operations, sales, and marketing.
- Analyze financial reports and data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws governing the fintech or payment industry with the Compliance Department.
- Identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities for the company, and implement effective risk management strategies with the Risk Manager.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, and partners.
- Monitor and assess the company's performance against established goals and objectives.
- Implement and maintain policies and procedures that promote efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve optimal results.
