About the role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting up the security framework for all systems and networks in place, and implementing sound controls to ensure appropriate access privileges.
  • Reviewing and assessing the effectiveness of the Information Security documentations.
  • Conducting regular vulnerability testing and security audits in order to enhance and improve the framework of security.
  • Ensuring continuous monitoring of all risk factors within the systems and networks in place.
  • Following up on all incidents related to security and suggesting remedial and controls.
  • Preparing the Information Security budget.
  • Reporting periodically to Senior Management about weaknesses in the security framework and suggesting appropriate recommendations.


Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Information Security.
  • Holder of at least one of the following certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCISO.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in the field.
  • Knowledge in the security tools (SIEM, Firewalls, …).
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • 30+ years old and holder of Iraqi nationality.
