As a Sales Manager for a payment company, you will be responsible for generating new business and increasing revenue by selling Point of Sale (POS) systems, payment gateways, and prepaid cards. You will also be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of agents to promote and sell the company's products and services
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers and partners.
Train and manage a team of agents to promote and sell the company's products and services.
Analyze sales data and market trends to develop and refine sales strategies.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to identify and address customer needs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure the company's products remain competitive in the marketplace.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of successful sales experience in the payments industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and manage a team of agents effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Knowledge of POS systems, payment gateways, and prepaid cards is preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel as required inside the country
